Happy Halloween

Happy Halloween! I hope everyone had a spooktacular day. We a great time, especially since the temp was in the 60's. In Minnesota, that does not happen often. It was a busy day with school functions and running around to get ready for tonight. We had a great time and the kids made a haul with the candy. I am temped to let them go to town and eat as much as they can in one day then pitch the rest. They got all the good stuff too.

Our very unique pumpkins. Ha!

Look, it is Mary Kate Olsen!

The only shot of the 3 monsters together

The end of the night stash in separated piles. I have my eye on that full size Reese's.
Yes, he is eating the wrapper.

Touch it and die

The scariest pic of all....the dreaded side profile. I think this will be my "before" picture. *shudder*

I can't believe tomorrow is November already. Back on the wagon and no candy for breakfast.

Very fun pics! My kids are all bigger now, and I miss those younger days! My 13 year old came home last night and dumped her small stash in the 'community' candy bowl - I don't think she even ate one piece!

Great pictures! Yum, candy! I guess I missed the memo about no candy for breakfast as I just ate two snickers. sigh.

That MKO caption made me snort Almond Breeze out of my nose, LOL! And I am so with you about the awesome loot last night... what is up with the giving this year? DD got about seven full-sized treats along with more tasty treats that I will allow myself to think about. AHHHHH.

Congrats on the great weather. It was about 68 here in Chicago, and great fun!

I totally believe in the let them eat for one day then toss it. My kids are older now, but that's what my dentist recommended and it worked really well. Kids are grown now, so no incoming candy last night, but DH (a new WW lifetime member) and I (still working toward goal) had a ceremonial dumping of the leftover giveaway candy into the trash. It's nice it's not in the house.

I hope you got that Reeses as those are a personal fave...ok maybe not for breakfast LOL.

You look happy in the picture with your daughter.

Happy November. :-)

Glad to hear you had the same nice weather we had! Now it's chilly and leaves are finally starting to fall. Fall was fun the first year I moved in! ha ha.
