HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
Chubby Hubby called out to me last night and said "Carly, don't kill Diva in the morning". The following photos show off her latest artwork. SOMEHOW a pink crayon ended up in her bed....hmmmmm, I wonder how that happened. I had to grab my camera to document the damage caused by this terrorist toddler. She is going to be the one that kills me.Photo Friday

Now for my GIVEAWAY!(Don't worry she is not the prize for my very first giveaway..........although the thought did cross my mind).
Not one, but THREE lucky people that leave comments will win a bottle of YaYa B Greek Seasoning.
Since the weather is finally nice in Minnesota and It is made and distributed by a local Minnesota family. For more information and some fantastic recipes, please check out their website and/or their fan site on Facebook.
Leave me a comment if are interested in winning. I will randomly draw the winning names on Monday.
Other junk
- I go back to work full time on June 1st. I have a whole other post dedicated to that.
- Sarge and I have recruited a bunch more people to run Twin Cities Marathon with us. It will be fun to have a big group.
- Kid Rock and Lynyrd Skynyrd are coming to the Minnesota State Fair! I am getting tickets the second they open tomorrow! I love me some Kid Rock and is there a better song than Free Bird???? Music, mullets, and cheese curds!!! I can't wait.
- Running is going well, but my mileage sucks ass. Nothing much to report there.
- No review yet of the Oikos yogurt because I can't find the stuff....It is not at Super Target.
Have a great weekend and HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!

Totally LOL at the "music, mullets, and cheese curds". Gotta love the midwest for that lovely combination. Shoo and Baby Diva would have a great time together.
I'd love to try the spices, so throw my name in the hat. ;o)
Mmmmmm, spices are delicious! They have Oikos at Rainbow and Kowalskis.... And I ran Twin Cities last year- you'll love it!
OMG Carly crack me up!! "music, mullets and cheese curds", I just spewded coffee on my computer screen! However, I DO love the bad boy Kid Rock!! ; )
You had me worried about the giveaway when you started off with Baby Diva, I was worried she wouldn't make it through customs!! LOL
Those photos are adorable. My mom has photos from when I first drew on the wall. It took me a long time to realize that even though I got in big trouble for it, my parents were secretly laughing about it over wine (at least that's how I picture it).
Great idea for the giveaway. Count me in, please. :)
Awww, how can you get mad at that sweet little face?? (never mind...)
Happy Weekend!
She's a budding artist!
I'm just starting to learn Greek things, it's so cool that you habs a great local place for it. The Oikos yogurt was really hard for me to find too - rumor has it that walmart carries the plain version. I got mine at Whole Foods.
Sophie and your Diva could be twins separated at birth. If they ever got in the same room, the house would probably burn down!
Happy Birthday to your hubs!
What a cutie! Love the pics!
I am all about trying new spices so include me!
is there a better song than Free Bird? ...
Yes! "I Know A Little"!
"I know a little 'bout love
"Baby, I can guess the rest!"
Great guitar work on that one.
Enjoy LS in concert, sister!
It looks like Diva has already mastered the "who, me?" and "you can't possibly be upset with me" looks. She is adorable! Happy Birthday to CH!
Kid Rock and Lynrd Skynrd - what a great fair this is going to be!
Ha-- after the 2nd photo, I thought the third one would be her crying in shame over being a bad little girl. But nope-- there she is, giggling and pleased at her artwork. Very cute. But no, I don't think I'm up for that kind of prize!
Cool giveaway! I love seasoning. Count me in. Anyway, happy mother's day and have a great weekend. As for LS, I'm partial to "Gimme 3 steps". ;)
In the name of Kid Rock, I hope I am one of the three winners!
happy mother's day! have a great weekend carly. we get the same "wall treatment" around here.
Ah, I remember the days of crayon on the wall... Luckily for my heathens, I found the paint that is washable.
Yay for music, mullets and cheese curds!
Awww, look at that little face.
Music, mullets and cheese curds.....sounds identical to the WI state fair!!!
I'll take part of that giveaway for sure, nothing like some good spices to spice up my elk meat!
Happy Mom Day!
Hmmm... I thought the kid was up for grabs and almost clicked away. She is absolutely ADORABLE, but boy, do you have an interesting few years coming up when that one turns 12. You can see it in her eyes. :o)
I don't cook so you can leave me out of the drawing. Pathetic, I know, but I just wanted to say Hi! I have been MIA in blogland. I am very excited to see your marathon training unfold!
Northerners and their curds, hear bout them all the time.
OH, that's just a sign that she'll be a great artist someday (or a pistol). See that look she's giving you? Wow, I can feel that all the way over here!
I love that the snow is gone and cant wait to get grilling
OMGoodness on the pick crayon artwork... you are a more experienced mother than I because I would have FREAKED!!!!! And I luvs me some cheese curds (yumyumyum).
I had a Yaya, but she passed away when I was in High School. Hope I am a winner so that I ca really see if it tastes like Yaya's cooking!
brenda loves YaYa B...put her in the drawing
Mom
desperately in need of a new spice! :-)
oohhh that seasoning sounds delightful! Ohh poor mama, Diva is so stinkin' cute you are in big big big trouble Carly!
Yea, my milage sucks to. Goal was to hit 100 mile months and I'm lucky to hit 40. OUCH.
Oh honey...that one IS trouble (are you saying, "tell me something I DON'T know...) I love how she ALMOST looks like she's sorry in the second picture, followed by the "how could you possibly be angry with me? " in the last...oh yeah, bring it on...
I'd love to try the spices too!
It just means she'll be artistic!
I'd love to have a go at the spice winning! I'm sure my husband would love to cook with them ;)
And happy b-day to your hubs!
LOL pics of Baby Diva are just way too cute. Happy Mother's Day!
Name in hat...
That'd be a good show. Damn, I haven't been to a show in a few months. Gotta go check what's in somewhat decent driving distance.
Happy mother's day, too
i'm always down for spices to spice up my less-than-awesome cooking skills. (or, non-existent?) :)
love the pics, but sorry about the mess. she is adorable!
I would love to try the spices, so please add me to the drawing. :)
Mmmm. Cheese curds. Sounds like a great time.
Laughing at Artist Diva's masterpiece.
Can't say I'm a fan of Kid Rock...
The seasoning sounds good.
