Weekend Wrap-Up

My head is spinning at the thought of January being over already!  It was a productive month for me keeping to my New Year's goals. 
  • 23 consecutive days of Shred (and still going strong)
  • 7 times to the gym (missed my reward by 1 visit DAMMIT)
  • Read 3 Books (My goal for the year is 6)
  • Started my Pilates class again
  • Lost 5lbs (although the scale likes to mess with me)
To keep the momentum going, I have a few goals for Feb:
  • Run 4 times/week (Tues, Thurs, Sat, Sun)
  • Finish the 30 Shred and continue program 3 times a week
  • Challenge myself to write down everything I eat everyday for this month (I have been lazy)

It is Monday morning and my brain is still a bit foggy.  I am off to find some coffee.

I love the idea of making a new goal list on the first of every month! You have an impressive list of accomplishments. I fear that mine are not so impressive, but I need to go back to see.
