Hello Again Weight Watchers

Today was the first Weight Watchers meeting through work.  I got my materials and jumped on the scale.  I am not sure if they were doing something special for Halloween, but the number read back to me at weigh in completely HORRIFIED ME.  I feel like I need an award sticker for "highest weight ever".

The meeting was great today.  The leader is nice, she has a lot of energy, and seems like she runs a pretty fun meeting.  She has lost 122lbs and looks fantastic.   Even though I like the leader, the at work meeting section is way to big for my liking.   I am not going to complain because this program is FREE!

The people at Weight Watchers must be laughing if they saw my name come up in the registration.  They are probably placing bets how long I will last this time.  Ha!

Ughhh....it is 7PM and I still need to figure out how to get some exercise today.   This feels like it has been the longest week EVER.  I am ready for the weekend!!!

All I can say is... at least you are there now. I, on the other hand, just ate a fun sized m&m pack. I may or may not be going back for seconds...

I hit my highest weight every too. Facing the scale every day helps with that sticker shock. At 3/4 a year down, I'm 40 lbs. lighter. You can do it, and feel good when you eat because you are taking control of your intake. Good luck!

Free is always a good thing! If it makes you feel any better, I haven't been to WW in almost a month (and I am paying for mine!).
One step at a time, right?
Good luck and I hope you have a great weekend :)

LOL........... The people at WW are dusting off your file again???? Hey, the word verification came up 'trick' is that for Halloween?????

I wish the had a WW program where I work! I am sure you will do great!

UGH! I know that feeling of rejoining WW and stepping on that scale again. Wouldn't it be great if we were one of "those people" who never had to deal with weight as an issue and could eat anything and still be thin? I curse all of "those people"!

Good luck this time around!

Great job for starting again. One thing I said is that it is not a diet...it is a lifestyle change.

You can do it!

I've never done weight watchers before, but people keep telling me it's fabulous.

Congrats on taking the step back to rejoining weight watchers. It is designed to be for lifelong weight control, and lots of people are there for years. I like that they have sound principles for eating "real" food, so I can integrate it into real living. It is great that you can get it through work and it is free, that is a terrific bonus. Good luck with it this time.

If at first you don't succeed try again, because this time you will meet your goals. Good luck. I am glad you found a freebie!!

I think the key is making a lifestyle change. Not just making weight watchers a life style. Not sure it that makes sense, but this time around for me I using the program as life long tool not the means to an end.
